SYNOPSIS

Starting in a climate-ravaged future, the story is about a desperate history professor turned soldier, Ev, who struggles to feed and protect his family.  When his son dies, the grieving Ev agrees to go on a mission to travel back in time to the 21st century to assassinate the President, whose policies triggered the Venus syndrome -- life-annihilating global warming – hoping to save his dying world and prevent his son from dying.  Ev assumes the identity of a man starting work as a White House aide, but complications ensue when Ev forms a relationship with Helen, a climate change pacifist.  To make matters worse, authorities are in process of uncovering Ev’s disguise.  Now, with the fate of the future hanging in the balance, Ev must make the most important decision in his life, knowing that if he fails in his mission the world and his son are doomed.
